Handmade in Japan at a factory that dates back to 1937, these frames represent the pinnacle of acetate craftsmanship: playful shapes, complex geometries, and an innovative spring hinge unlike anything else in the industry. This piece is made of ultra-thick 11.00mm acetate…easily one of the thickest frames we’ve ever had in the shop. In spite of the small eyesize, the frame would be considered “medium” width. The acetate is comprised of multiple transparent and opaque layers, giving it remarkable depth.
